TICKETS

What is included in my ticket?

Your ticket price includes all workshops and classes shown on the schedule throughout the day. Food and treatments offered at the festival will be charged by the vendor or facilitator.

Will I be able to get a refund if I am unable to attend on the day?

All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless we are in a lockdown due to COVID-19. If you are unable to attend you are more then welcome to find someone to purchase your ticket. In the event of this, please email hello@ohshalafestival.com so we can change the booking details.

Can I leave the site and re-enter?

You can leave and re-enter the site only with your valid wristband.

I have a disability or a medical condition – do you offer free tickets for carers?

Yes we offer free tickets for carers for people with disability or medical condition. Please email hello@ohshalafestival.com to enquire.

Can I bring my children?

Yes! Anyone can come to the festival and under 12’s go free! *Limited tickets available and all children under must supervised by an adult at all times.

Can we camp onsite?

Yes and your festival ticket allows you to camp on site for free!! Glamping and Llive in vehicles much be purchases via are tickets page.

Upon arrival, you will need your booking confirmation ready so we can give you your wristband for the day.

Can I stay overnight?

We have free camping on site plus the option the rent a bell tent!

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes there will be parking however we encourage everyone to car share as much as possible.

Will there be disabled access?

Yes - we will do everything we can to give assistance during your time at the festival. Please email hello@ohshalafestival.com to let us know.

What facilities will be available?

We will have toilets on site and free water taps

What food and drink will be available?

We have some incredible local vendors to keep you nourished all day! You are more then welcome to bring your own food and drink and please bring all your own cutlery to help us keep the festival waste free.

Can I bring alcohol to the festival?

We have a strict no alcohol or drugs policy. Any alcohol or illicit substances will be confiscated and you may be asked to leave.

What do I need to bring?

Please bring your own yoga mat and warm clothing for relaxations and the evening. Please bring your own cutlery (plates, mugs, bowl etc) to reduce the amount of packaging and waste on site. We will have food and drink vendors but you are more then welcome to bring your own!

Where can I go if I have questions on the day?

We will have a number of staff on-site to answer your questions. We will also have a small van on site with staff if you need some time to yourself or need any help from us.
