Oh Shala Festival - Terms and conditions
1. Admissions Policy
1a. All admissions are strictly through pre-bought tickets through the official Oh Shala website or official ticketing officials.
1b. Oh Shala Festival reserves the right to refuse entry to any person or remove an individual from the festival grounds in possession of alcohol, drugs or is deemed to be intoxicated through alcohol or illegal drugs.
1c. Dogs are unfortunately not allowed in the Parmoor Park Field including the festival arena.
2. On Site
2a. All children under the age of 12 must be supervised at all workshops and classes as well as during their time at the festival. Oh Shala Festival have a safe guarding and welfare practice which means at entry all children under 12 will have their parents/guardians number written in their wristband.
2b. Smoking is strictly not permitted inside the festival arena.
2c. The Oh Shala Festival has a strict zero tolerance guideline to inappropriate behaviour such as acting in an abusive manner to festival goers or members of staff.
2d. Fires are not permitted by festival goers in Parmoor Park Farm and the Oh Shala Festival arena.
3. Refund Policy
3a. Refunds are not permitted for any and all purchases under any grounds including cancellations for medical reasons.
3b. If you are unable to attend you can transfer your ticket by emailing hello@ohshalafestival.com with the new participants email address and name.
3c. Should Oh Shala be forced to cancel the Oh Shala Festival due to acts, events, omissions or accidents beyond the reasonable control of Oh Shala including without limitation an act of God, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, compliance with any law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, accident, breakdown of plant or machinery, fire, flood, disease, epidemic, pandemic, storm or default of suppliers or sub-contractors, Oh Shala shall forthwith serve notice in writing to all ticket holders specifying the nature and extent of the circumstances giving rise to the cancellation or postponement, and shall subject to service of such notice, have no liability in respect of the continuance of the festival. Oh Shala will, using all reasonable endeavours, recommence operations in order for it to perform its obligations during the weekend. In the event of a partial or full cancellation of the festival any ticket holders and traders shall refer to section 3, paragraph 3a of the Oh Shala Festival terms & Conditions.
4. Release and Waiver
4a. By purchasing tickets for the festival the Oh Shala Festival accepts no liability for injury or illness. You are responsible for your own physical condition and please let the Oh Shala team know of anything we may need to be aware of to support your practice by emailing hello@ohshalafestival.com
4b. Images and videos will be taken throughout the festival for marketing purposes only by Oh Shala Festival. By purchasing a ticket festival goers agree to have images taken.
