Our Healers
I’m Rachel from Release find peace. Following a personal health crisis in 2006 my healing journey took me on the path to learning many different modalities to find calm and in a piece. As often happens the efficiency of these practices became the thing that ignited my desire to work in this space. These days this includes so much Breathwork, EFT and matrix re-imprinting, Reiki and Mindbody class leadership. I’m excited to introduce or re-introduce you to SOMA Breath at Oh Shala where we will raise the love, that being our level of vibrational energy. I can’t wait to see you Wake, shake and breathe - energise Breathwork Emotional tracing - a journey of discovery and release of the emotions that keep us stuck using our breath as our guide.

MedYoga Therapy is a gentle, science-backed approach to healing that moves beyond traditional exercise to focus on your nervous system. Designed specifically for those navigating chronic stress, pain, or trauma, it combines the wisdom of yoga with modern neuroscience to help you feel safe and present in your body again. Instead of pushing for flexibility or difficult poses, this practice uses somatic movement and breathwork to talk directly to your brain, shifting you out of a constant state of "fight or flight" and into a space of deep, natural recovery. The journey follows a clear Level 1–3 progression: Restore, Reset, and Rewire. You begin at Level 1 by Restoring your body’s baseline, using soothing techniques to calm the Vagus nerve and lower inflammation. As you move to Level 2, you Reset the nervous system, using targeted movement to shift out of survival mode and find internal balance. Finally, Level 3 focuses on Rewiring, a stronger and more advanced practice that taps into neuroplasticity to create lasting new pathways for resilience and mental clarity. It is a compassionate, step-by-step path designed to help you reclaim your health from the inside out.
Molly Anne Chinner is a British sound healer, devotional musician, vocalist and wild earth daughter. Hailing from the enchanted landscapes of South West England, Molly’s music weaves threads of a sweet British folk sound with her work in ambient, healing, devotional and world music genres to offer a soulful and mystical listening journey as a celebration of sound as healing, and song as a guided remembering of the Earth and language of universal love. After awakening to the powers of Yoga and Meditation in 2017, Molly’s music carries a reverent nod to Eastern mysticism and Western mythic storytelling, incorporating elements of Bhakti Yoga (devotion), Nada Yoga (sound healing) and sacred Mantra with the ancient heartbeat and fairy stories of her beloved wild homeland islands to re-member our sacred connection to the voice of the One Earth. Her signature sound weaves together the powers of devotional and medicinal music with looped angelic vocals and beloved crystal singing bowls with traditional folk storytelling, drums and ethereal, healing soundscapes to return us to ourselves as children of the stars, sun, moon and guardians of Gaia.
Join Siobhan to gather as women collectively and honour the divine feminine in one another. Reclaim our divine birthright of our voice and magic.
We will go on a journey into the remembrance of her power, voice and gifts and give space for women to channel their sounds. Release their rage, grief, heavy energy and celebrate their soul. Creating space for us to all tune into our own wisdom. Unite in love and demolish the programming of us fearing each other.
Rise from the external noise, expectations and limitations. Journey to the womb space, active your voice through vocal expression and embodied movement. Unite in love and release rage, grief and suppression. Collectively create sisterhood, remembrance of each others beauty, wisdom and magic. Lets call the divine feminine to rise up like the phoenix.
Barefoot Singing led by Zoe from Sound and Song. Journey more deeply into the world of singing in this profound vocal workshop that gives you the opportunity to process, heal and grow. Singing is an incredible journey of self discovery. It’s a whole body experience that enables us to get in touch with and express every part of ourselves. It’s a way to tune in, to listen and to give voice to our experience. When we use sound in playful and creative ways, we find new vocabulary, we can release and move on from the old and welcome in the new. We can become who we really are. Shy singers, non-singers and karaoke divas are all welcome to this inclusive workshop. You will be expertly guided towards building textured layers of harmony so that everyone can feel the warmth and resonance that comes when we bring our voices together. Sound and Song is a community interest company that uses song to facilitate health and wellbeing. We recognise that singing is a fundamental part of being human. It’s an essential piece of life’s jigsaw puzzle and we can’t quite be our whole wonderful selves without it, so we delight in creating opportunities for you to find your voice and to experience the joy of singing with others.
I’m a London based wellness facilitator and massage therapist and the founder of Collective Roots of Healing. My work is about collective healing and community care, keeping sessions accessible and creating spaces where people can come as they are and feel comfortable. I’m especially focused on African diasporic approaches to healing, and my wider work looks at how to highlight and support global majority practitioners whose knowledge and traditions are often overlooked within the wellness space. This session is a group experience combining sound, intention and rest, using a mix of Western and African instruments. It draws on collective practices like rhythm, shared presence and call and response, rooted in African traditions. People are invited to settle in, set an intention if they want to, and be guided into a calm state through sound. As people come out of the sound bath, the space opens into collective calls, where the group uses voice together in a simple and gentle way. This is guided and optional, allowing people to express what they’re feeling, connect with each other and support the group through shared sound. It becomes a shared moment where people are not just receiving, but contributing to the space together. The aim is not just relaxation, but connection to self and to others through a shared experience. I’m interested in how healing can feel more like community than a service, and how shared experiences can create deeper and more lasting impact.

Release Stress & Tension Naturally - a somatic/body based workshop
I work with individuals (on a group or one to one basis) who experience symptoms of stress or trauma such as anxiety, depression and physical illnesses using various modalities that I have trained in over the last 20yrs. I have a background in coaching and nutrition and use these skills alongside TRE (Tension & Trauma Release Exercises), Havening and sound therapy to rebalance the ANS (autonomic nervous system) and bring the body, mind and soul into alignment. Our modern day lifestyles and choices mean that we are seeing and evergrowing, exponential explosion in these symptoms including mental health and a huge rise in self harming and suicides. Havening and other self-help modalities are the key to the future.
