Lorella encountered Ashtanga Yoga by “chance” during a trip to India — a meeting that would change the direction of her life. What began as a spark of curiosity became a lifelong path of practice, study, and inner transformation. Drawn to the depth and discipline of the method, she committed herself fully to the lineage, becoming a dedicated student of Ajay Kumar, one of Mysore’s respected teachers. Lorella spent two years living in India to study under his guidance, immersing herself in the traditional Mysore-style practice and the cultural and spiritual roots of yoga. Her teaching is grounded in the method as it has been passed on to her and is offered with clarity, presence, and deep respect. At the same time, Lorella brings warmth, care, and an intuitive sensitivity to the space she holds, allowing students to feel supported, seen, and gently challenged. In her classes and retreats, the physical rigour of Ashtanga is interwoven with Bhakti, creating an experience that is both structured and soulful.

“For me, yoga is not just a discipline — it is a sacred journey home. Through breath, devotion, and daily presence, we remember who we truly are.”

I’m an accessible and inclusive yoga teacher, I have 5 years experience teaching disabled and brain injured clients. I work with Headway Herts and Cavernoma Society teaching accessible and inclusive yoga. It is my belief that everyone should feel held and welcome in yoga without restriction. I am a 6 times stroke survivor myself so I teach with lots of lived experience.

Over the last few years I found myself more and more frustrated at the in accessibility of the world, from inaccessible venues to unaffordable classes for those that need yoga the most. So I trained in Yoga for Wheelchair users and Accessible yoga both with Accessible Yoga School and I am now working to bring yoga to all those who want access to the practice.

Lynette Greenaway is an experienced yoga and meditation teacher and space holder, teaching since 2012. Skilled at creating powerful, healing spaces wherever her voice is heard, her work invites both exploration and return.

Her teaching is rooted in an intelligent, embodied approach to movement—consciousness in motion—where vinyasa becomes a living inquiry. Through philosophy, poetry, breath and humour, her classes open pathways to realisation, release and connection to soul and spirit.

At the heart of her work is an integration of fascial awareness, honouring the body as a continuous, responsive web. Through both fluid movement and intentional stillness, she guides students into a deeper relationship with sensation, resilience and rest.

Her yin and restorative teachings lead students into internal experiences of stillness and deep, divine rest—spaces of collective care, healing and quiet ritual.
